Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern commissions and creative work provided by Lena Smirnova (the Studio) to clients. Engaging the Studio constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Scope of Work

Deliverables, revisions, and timelines are defined per commission and confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

III

Payment

A deposit may be required prior to starting work. Final files are delivered after full payment is received. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

IV

Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, the Client receives usage rights to the final work for the agreed purpose. The Studio retains the right to include the work in its portfolio and archive unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each commission includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate agreed in advance.

VI

Cancellation

Commissions cancelled after work has commenced are billed pro rata for time already invested. Deposits are non-refundable.
